Unit 11

Today we're going to look at P5 for unit 11. You need to explain how to test foods for different nutrients - carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Use this link to create a powerpoint or leaflet explaining each test, how it is conducted and what information it gives. Mr Taylor has also given me a powerpoint which talks you through each experiment in the shared area. The videos below will also give you information. We will see these tests next week, but you can start on the assignment now.
